Community Health Partnership, Inc. Receives Recognition Award from Wisconsin Coalition Group
Community Health Partnership, Inc. (CHP) is the recipient of the 2008 “Community Partner of the Year” award from the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups (CWAG). The award is given each year to an organization in recognition of its dedication and commitment to serving seniors in the State of Wisconsin. The award was presented to members of CHP’s administration at CWAG’s Annual Governing Board Banquet and Award Ceremony held on November 6, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Madison, Wisc.
The Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups (CWAG) is a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan organization made up of individuals and member groups that represents over 125,000 people in Wisconsin. CWAG works with state agencies as productive and equal partners to provide a variety of programs, services, advocacy, legal services, and education to Wisconsin’s senior citizens.
