Community Health Partnership, Inc. Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Laura Plummer, M.A., C.R.C., A.T.P., was recently re-elected President of the Community Health Partnership, Inc., Partnership Health Plan, Inc. and CHP-LTS, Inc. Board of Directors. Plummer, a Rehabilitation Technologist & Sensory Specialist associated with UW-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute in Menomonie, Wisc., will direct board activities in 2008.

Also named board officers were Deb Svihovec, Vice-President/Secretary, and Dr. Mark Deyo-Svendsen, Treasurer. Svihovec is a Senior Benefits Consultant at Associated Financial Group in Eau Claire. Deyo-Svendsen is a family practice physician at Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie.

New board members appointed to three-year terms include Eric Swanson, Vice President of Business Loans & Services for Royal Credit Union, and Ruth Adix, currently associated with LaCrosse Caregivers Home Health.

Retiring from the board are Jack Kaiser and Kathryn Teeters. Kaiser, an attorney with Kaiser, Ltd. in Eau Claire, Wisc., was a founding board member and has been associated with Community Health Partnership since 1998. Teeters has served on the board since 2004.
