Secure E-Mail Communications

Secure Email Communication with CHP CHP is pleased to offer members another means of communicating with our organization. If you have a computer and use e-mail, we can establish a secure means of communication with you via your e-mail account. Examples of appropriate e-mail communication with CHP include:
  • Scheduling NP, RN, or SSC appointments
  • Prescription refills
  • Health information updates
  • Informing your team about upcoming appointments
  • General information exchange
  • Billing issues
