PROVIDER & PHARMACY ACCESS INFORMATION

Our Provider Directory link outlines our broad network of qualified doctors, clinics, hospitals and other providers to offer health care services to our members. Our Partnershipo Program tries to ensure the Provider Directory is up-to-date and accurate. However, because of additions, resignations, and changes in practice arrangements, we cannot guarantee that providers listed in the directory will always be available.

Our Partnership Program contracts wiht numerous local and area pharmacies in our network. We call them “network pharmacies” because we have made arrangements with each pharmacy to provide prescription drugs to our members. A network pharmacy is a pharmacy where beneficiaries obtain prescription drug benefits provided by Partnership. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered by the Partnership Program only if they are filled at a network pharmacy. Our Partnership Program has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements.
