EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Community Health Partnership, Inc., provides a range of benefits to assist our employees and their families achieve a balance between their work and home lives. The information below provides a brief outline of some of these benefits.

The following benefits are available to full and part-time employees (scheduled at least 20 hours per week) and are effective on the first day of the month following hire.

  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurances
    Employee contribution depends on employment status and number of dependents.
  • Life Insurance
    Benefit is equal to one x annual earnings plus $10,000
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance
    After three (3) months of disability, coverage pays 60% of average monthly earnings.
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings
    After 12 months, Community Health Partnership matches 100% of the first 3% you defer, plus 50% of the next 2% you defer from your gross wages each pay period.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
    You may take advantage of pre-tax contributions for out-of-pocket medical expenses when enrolled in our health insurance program.
  • Flexible Spending
    Separate medical and dependent care accounts are available for pre-tax payroll deductions, set aside for allowable expenses.

The following benefits are available to full and part-time employees (scheduled at least 20 hours per week) and are effective on the date of hire.

  • Vacation
    15 days of vacation accrues during first year of employment. One additional day added on each anniversary date through ten years to a maximum of 25 days per year. Regular part-time employees (scheduled at least 20 hours per week- accrue on a pro-rated basis).
  • Holidays
    Paid holidays observed: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day
  • Sick Time
    Regular full-time employees accrue 8 hours per month, maxing to 500 hours. This is also your short term disability plan. Regular part-time employees (scheduled at least 20 hours per week) accrue on a pro-rated basis.
